How I Get Paid for Doing My Food Shop (and You Can Too)

No, it’s not a scam.
No, it’s not a credit card.
Yes, I was sceptical at first too.
But here’s the thing: I genuinely get cashback every time I do my food shop - and it gets knocked straight off my utility bill.
Here’s how it works
When you become a UW customer, you get access to the Cashback Card. It’s a prepaid card - you top it up and then use it just like a normal debit card.
But here’s the good bit: wherever you spend money you get 1% cashback. But when you spend with selected retailers (like Sainsbury’s, M&S, B&Q, Primark, Argos, etc.) you earn up to 10% cashback - and that cashback comes straight off your UW bill.
So your weekly food shop? That could be £5 - £10 a week off your gas, electric, broadband or mobile.
Every week.
It really adds up
I use mine for everything - food, petrol, flights - literally everything. Last month, my cashback knocked over £30 off my bill. Just for spending normally. No coupons. No faff. No scanning receipts or jumping through hoops.
Even better - it's on Apple Pay and Google Pay, so it’s in my phone, always ready to go.
It’s fantastic when I travel too
I also use the Cashback Card abroad - and here’s a little bonus most people don’t know: any foreign transaction fees, come back to you as cashback.
So when I’m travelling for work (or escaping the UK weather), I still get rewarded for using it!
Honestly, it really is the jewel in the UW crown.

I’m happy to show you how it works, help you get set up, or even just check your current bills to see how UW might help you save.
